The link you gave me was the national security strategy. Not the Bush
Doctrine. If some loon wants to call it the Bush Doctrinem, that's no
big deal, but to expect anyone else to recognize the reference is
loony. If Gibby really wanted to refer to the National Security
Strategy, how could have don ehtat. He didn't, so wither he is an
inarticulate boob, or he was referring to something else.
