A verrrrrrry popular win, I'm sure. I'd all but forgotten about old
Slingblade after his embarassing captaincy and unwillingness to accept
any blame for the daily drubbings; and complete willingness to call
out Phil and other players in the interview room. Is it any wonder
this jerk nut is working on his fourth marriage?

Heh. Ok, that was kind of funny.

How was it funny? That was low brow even for the Evening Thinking
Orwell. Oh, you must have been confused by all the consonants. Trust
me, it wasn't funny.

First off, it is "Prince Hal" to you.
I've always been a fan of Hal Sutton. I've seen him at his lowest
point slamming a Titleist into the sidewalk after 4-putting the 18th
hole in a minor Tour event, and I've seen him at his highest, when he
beat Vijay in a playoff for The Tour Championship.

Strangely, his personal life seems to have an inverse relationship to
his golf accomplishments. Where he was once a stud playboy who would
likely charm the pants off of every babe in the room and then go out
and shoot 66 the next day, he is now a father and a family man who
donates his time to worthy causes other than putting a ball into a
hole.

I cheer Prince Hal winning one of golf's most prestigious awards just
as I cheered when I saw Byron Nelson receive the same award at East
Lake a few years ago.

PRINCE HAL RULES !!!
