When you are an elected member of the House or Senate your FBI
background check doesn't deny you your seat in either chamber. And, it
may not deny you information from various federal agencies either.

Deference is given to the choice of the people in their elected
representatives.

I will take this as an admission that you know there exists another form
of birth certificate. We will call this the original certificate of live
birth recorded with the vital records department.

If Obama is being asked about why the stimulus isn't working and how
much fraud and abuse has been found in the programs he is an idiot? This
isn't about policy, it is about execution and management.
