Byrd is just the senior member of the Senate appropriations Committee and President Pro Temporae of the senate, and has twice been Senate Majority leader...so obviously Dems don't think having "served" in the KKK is a major issue of leadership!

That isn't what you said though. Why not just say "Oops, I was wrong"? Byrd isn't now head of the senate appropriations committee. You just don't often get your facts straight, and then try to blather through that. BK |
