The crime rate is better than before. In the 80's, you feared for your life
riding a NYC subway.

As for drugs, it's a directly result of the disentigration of our society's
moral fiber and family life.

It depends on whether there are more than 63 who shouldn't be walking the
streets.

Also, Norway is full of Norwegians. My country is full of all kinds of
people.

Finally....the 723 deserve three hots and a cot. I'd feel much worse if it
were 500 incarcerated, leaving 223 walking around, stealing, raping, abusing
drugs, and assaulting people.
