I originally made the smelly crack to appeal to the less tolerant here.
I don't really believe it. Some of my best friends are smelly...

Anyway, I think the only thing that will stop illegal immigration is for
the economy to get so bad here that it's not worth the trip to get here.
Otherwise, it's simple market forces. Labor goes where the pay is
greatest.

I find it highly amusing that the same people who foam at the mouth over
even the thought regulating the healthcare or oil industries (what could
possibly go wrong?) want to round everyone up who even so much as looks
Mexican. Do we only believe in free market capitalism when it's
convenient, or what?
