Yep. This is not a pleasant thought, but it is the only workable
solution (to drastically cut illegal immigration) I have seen
proposed.

Or if she was Scandinavian. The same check should be required for
all employees.

Sure, we can protect ourselves by never hiring individuals, only going
through companies such as Molly Maids. But that shouldn't be
necessary. How about the college student who hires his buddy who
doesn't have an accent but who's here on a student visa without a work
visa?
