We have spent more than a trillion dollars on the War on Poverty and
what have we found? That regardless of what man does there will be poor
people and there will be rich people.

And all of a sudden, thanks to no oversight of the financial
institutions, a lot of previously rich people have now become poor. Oh,
yes, it can be managed, alright.
