But he promised to change that, didn't he! A year ago he was innaugerated,
promising all kinds of things, most of which have been broken. He has
nobody to blame but himself.

I'm licensed only in Oregon and Washington. He would be on the high risk
plan in Oregon. He'd qualify for a normal plan in Washington, due to
generous state mandate underwriting standards. However, insurance is 20+%
higher in Washington than Oregon, due to this and others mandates.
