From: Bobby on 22 Jul 2006 12:36 Hi I wonder if anybody can help me. Work has just begun on a new golf course at Rainford, St Helens. I'd like to contact the people who will be running the course when it is complete. Does anybody know who this might be and have any contact details? If not, can you suggest how I find out? At the moment it's just diggers and workmen. Thanks for any help B.

A new golf course almost certainly requires planning permission and, as such, the information (applicant, agent, plans, etc.) should be in the public domain.
