My biggest problem is that I don't take > a divot on my full iron shots. I understand, this was my problem too for many years. Your iron shots are rather weak, aren´t they? What I did was this: I began to swing much more upright, arms out from the sides, concentrate on the arms - not the body. It felt so awkward at first, so unnatural - but my shots improved greatly and, surprise, surprise, some wonderful divots appeared beneath my eyes. Why don´t you try and see what happens? By the way, I bought and read Hardy´s One Plane Swing, and his advice on the two plane swing is excellent. F

F I haven't completely bought into the Hardy stuff myself, but I'm curious - what do you think is so stressful to the back about the Hardy one- plane swing? |
