Novice golfer who fools around at a driving range once in a while. Got
a couple of free clubs - a Dunlop Loco Quad driver and a hybrid.

The driver has what looks like a large 1 and a smaller 10 on the
bottom. Rapport CR-100 shaft says weight 75 torque 45 flex regular mid
launch angle

Hybrid has what looks like a stylized 3 with a small 18 next to it,
also the same Rapport shaft.

Are these considered decent clubs?

For those who can decently hit them - yes.
