It appears he can't.

The first two years of a governor and legislation is focussed on passing
bills. The 2nd two years are focussed on re-election, hence the term lame
duck.

She's in debt to the tune of 500k, primarily due to witch hunt legal and
ethic actions against her. Why is it irresponsible for her, as a
capitalist, to repay it and secure her family's finances. Bill Clinton
wrote a horrible book to help pay his debt from WhiteWater.

That means you're impressed with Obama's year so far.

LOL!

I'm not advocating her to be President in 2012. What I'm advocating is that
she deserves some respect for the growth she's displayed thus far that's
manifesting itself in the recent interviews, especially O'Reilly's.
This "dumb barbie" speal is as ridiculous as left calling Bush I a "wimp."
Funny thing...nobody called him that after Desert Storm.

Agree....but she could grow into a political force, like Hillary did.

You hit it right earlier. America's mood is changing. They want to see
private sector jobs, smaller government, and guts to stand up to America's
enemies and rivals. America is sick of bailouts and hollow campaign
promises. Obama will be tossed in 2012, just like Bush the Elder was,
unless he gets in tune with America.

No, a lame duck is a politician finishing a term with no possibility of
re-election. Now that might well have been true of Barbie in political
terms, but not constitutional ones.

Which you, I suppose, read? I thought not. I have my crayons ready for
Dubya's blockbuster "memoir".

The ethics charges will not turn out to be "witchhunts' - she has
already been reprimanded, and in a state controlled by the GoP, and
there is more to come. Or perhaps she is in debt from that "vetting" fee
for the VP bid, which turns out to be another completely false claim.
