Your thoughts are yours, no way that I, nor anyone else should ever
presume to know them.

But then you're such a brain. Wrong.

Only idiots presume to tell others what they think.

Idiot.

A nice comparison. Hillary has so much baggage around her that she is
almost as unelectable as Palin.

He will only lose if the Republicans produce a nominee seen as more
capable than Obama. But they have a weakness for idiot ideologues, so I
expect they'll manage to lose once again.

Other than France, and to a lesser degree, Germany, the US
relationship with its allies has never been a problem. But both
Chirac and Schroder are gone and have been replaced with pro-US head's
of state.

The problem that Obama is responding to is anti-American sentiment in
the European public. You have to distinguish between the policies of
a government and public opinion.

If the purpose of the bailout was to stop rising unemployment, then it
clearly didn't solve the problem. That's leaves the "it could have
been worse" argument.

The stimulus bill was a huge giveaway to all the special interests
that got Obama elected, especially the unions. There's no doubt that
it created some jobs, but they were jobs at the public expense. The
idea is to create private sector jobs that generate tax revenue for
the government.
