I tell everyone that putting is the game. If you want to shave
strokes off your game you have to practice putting.
I was playing a scrambles tournament today. On hole 17 I sunk a 12

I was putting excellent all day. And on hole 18 one guy almost hit

BOO-YAH! Bite me, losers. I finished with an eagle. Putting is the
game. Getting the ball in the hole is where it counts. Boo-Yah.

Yeah, but I played a round in two different courses this weekend
without a 3 putt - without breaking 100. Too many missed pitches.
Too many bad shots out of thick rough. Even some bad drives.
One course has very fast greens which were OK as long as I kept my
ball downhill of the hole.
