my daughter was trying a Callaway 460cc 13HT driver with womens shaft
(flexible).
I have the man's versions, same loft but the regular shaft which is 2
inches longer.
I hit them both exactly the same distance but the womens one goes
straighter and gives a better flight.

Do I need a whippy shaft or does it not make any difference.

Looking for a new driver as I am hitting mine too high and not long
enough.

Try gripping down 2inches. Might just do the trick.

Yep, had thought about trying with that grip. Quite liked the feel of
the flexy shaft that. I must be getting old
