Why the question marks for a sentence that isn't a question?

If you hadn't started this sentence with the word "but" it would be
correct.

Two perfect examples of ignorant grammar Larry. I'm sure that the
Rancho Santa Fe school system offers continuing education classes in
grammar.

You should follow the "glass houses" maxim.

Uh....in your first sentence, you need to put a comma before and after
the word, "but."

A comma needs to be in place after the word, "grammar."

The word, "that," in your 3rd sentence is unnecessary.

Ain't you got no language?
Ain't you go to no good school?

A comma before the word "but" is absolutely wrong. One after is
acceptable, and usual, but not necessary.

Again, not necessary, but acceptable

It is correct to use the word "that" in this instance.

Golf is played under a wide variety of conditions. Coping with the
good or bad fortune that arises from these conditions is one of the
ways that golf tests those who play the game.
