I saw a TM carry bag at a pro shop a couple of weekends ago. Its stand mechanism was designed to stay closed up when in a perfectly upright (90*) position. The Pro said it was designed for both cart and carry use. He also said it fell apart rather quickly when he arranged to have them used by a local HS golf team this past season. he didn't recommend them.
