That is not the issue. There will be a normal warming and cooling trend - the question is how much man's waste products are accelerating this process. The evidence suggests that the effect is significant, and is swamping the natural cycle to unprecedented levels.

Of course, but that is not the hoax part. I think it has been shown that the globe warmed slightly over the last few hundred years. The hoax part is that this will continue until the world ends in a flurry of natural disasters that will destroy mankind. These melodramatic warnings were in fact the hoax part that was supposed to scare everyone into letting "the experts" save us from ourselves via the silly Kyoto type carbon tax regime that ultimately is just the UNs way of globalizing wealth transfers from the industrial world to the developing world.
