Politically oppressed
n.
1 The act of oppressing; arbitrary and cruel exercise of power: "There
can be no really pervasive system of oppression . . . without the
consent of the oppressed" (Florynce R. Kennedy).
2 The state of being oppressed. Something that oppresses.
3 A feeling of being heavily weighed down in mind or body.

I think it fits under #3...

And thus has no relevance to this discussion.

The alternative was worse. No insurance company can afford to just cover
the sick, falling apart boomers without the young, healthy to balance the
pool. The whole system was on the edge of collapse. As it stands now, the
private system has a fighting chance, IF the 30 million uninsured are
compelled to join the ranks of the insured.

Typical troll bait from Uncle Al, the kiddie's pal. Blanket statement with
no foundation, designed to lure you into a pissing match. You're chasing
your tail with this clown, Dudley.

Wow. More insults that Greg would never dare make to anyone's face.

Guess I struck a nerve by mentioning that he ran away...
