Hoping for change got us some more of the same. I think McCain is
owned by the same corporations that own Obama. We would be in the
same trouble we are in now.

How do you expect to be oppressed by it?

It switched how we pay for the poor from higher hospital costs (passed
on to our insurance companies), to higher taxes paying for insurance.

That's oppressive? That's hardly different from what we are doing
now!

I don't think McCain could have done the health care deal... I think
he would have done very little really and that may be better than O
doing too much of some things and nothing of others. But it's all
speculation.

The major drawback to McCain was the heartbeat away from the
presidency problem we would have had. That changed my vote.
