He is the choice of the Democrats in South Carolina to be their
candidate for Senator in the general election. Good or poor candidate
won't be determined until after the election.

Yes, and Republicans in the same state elected Mark Sanford for their
Governor. Do you see a pattern here between South Carolinians and their
ability to handle elections like adults?

Call it whatever you want. I am not responsible for someone else's bad
choice just like I am not entitled to benefit from someone else's good
choices.

If you want to talk about abdicating responsibilities as a human being I
will assume that you have done just that due to the fact that you
haven't given all of your means above your basic needs away to the poor.

Or buying food for their family while keeping the phone for which they
have a multi-year contract, to aid in their job search.

That's a worse case scenario with the health care.

But the deficit is a tax. When they lowered taxes for the wealthy
and kept spending money, we are all paying. We just can't point to
exactly which program created which cost.
