He's shoring up Big Business, and making sure their decision making
remains warped. Just as his predecessor did.

Small business needs help, not Big Business.

The deficit is a tax. Cutting taxes while spending more is not a tax
cut, no matter what the previous administration said. Since 93% of
the budget consists of the military, social security/Medicare, and
interest, cutting elsewhere sufficient difference (although getting
rid of prohibition will make the DOJ a lot cheaper). Too many votes
from people getting social security. Defaulting on our interest
payments would mess up the economies of our customers. So that
leaves getting out of our expensive foreign wars.

I really think that he was so unaware that he had no idea what they
were doing. Cheney and company used him. I don't see Bush as a bad
guy, just inept.
