I have asked and asked and asked again what the government should have
done that it hasn't done. All I've gotten so far is that they took a
long time to deliver some sand bags.

He does, but he is choosing to ignore the fact that 60% of BP's
political contributions went not to the Democrats, but to the party he
holds so near and dear. How embarrassing for him.

Actually they see every night what BP is doing that is not working. That
