"In charge" of what? There is only one entity here "in charge" of oil
drilling (and spreading lies and misinformation), and it is not Obama.

I can tell you that McCain is not a leader. He graduated 895 out of 899
in the USNA class of 1958. McCain wasn't smart enought to stay out of
trouble either as a midshipmen or as an Ensign or a Lt. The only thing
that kept him out of the brig and in the Navy was his 4-start admiral
father.

My father and McCain were in the 8th company at the USNA and they both
graduated in 1958. There are still stories that I haven't heard all of
the details about McCain and his antics as a midshipmen and junior naval
officer.
