OK. Tig has the option of continuing his life as it is or going back
to a blank slate as he saw it in his first day as an amateur eating
steaks in the Crow's Nest at Augusta. Would he give up his past for a
new one or keep it as it exists today?

Maybe you're trolling - maybe not, but, I would hope each of us could
ask ourselves that question from time to time. I would take the way
I've lived my life to this time warts and all. It is what makes us up
- the sum of our experiences.

If one has discovered a shortcoming about oneself and (hopefully)
overcome it, then why in the world would you want to go back?
