If they are published they are....published is published...and what
the P&T committee at OSU thinks is completely irrelevant. I have
attended at least one materials science symposium, and I even have a
photo of me with all the other attendees at at least one!

It still remains interesting and telling that you are so concerned
about this though. Sounds like you are envious of the fact that I can
publish while you don't. To make you feel good, I haven't published
anything since 2003. Of course I am under no obligation to
publish...not like I signed a tenure contract that requires research
and teaching and yet have gone unpublished for several years.

Is that really the best you can do? Pretty sad.

No, not in the real world they are not. Any more than dollar bills
printed on a Xerox are valid dollar bills, even though they look like
them. You have been too long in a teaching-only institution. If you
have, as you claim, attended a "materials science symposium", then why
so secretive about the details? Could it be that this. like the
"publications", won;t stand up to scrutiny in the light of day? I wonder.

No, I could care less about what you publish - I only care that you
tried to misrepresent yourself as something you are not, so as to
justify your childish derogatory remarks about another. In our world,
that sort of behavior is professional suicide. Obviously your
institution doesn't care about professional ethiccs.
