Jury is still out on Palin. Carter was a really poor President, but Palin couldn't even finish a gubernatorial term, and according to the released e-mails this week, her "first-dude" did more governing than she. Carter never had to return funds to Georgia that he used for Amy, and had no scandals attributed to him. The jury is out on her, and there's no way the GOP would dare run her nationally again. BK
