Sorry, but no. No one has discussed the scale at which additional votes
would be alloted, so you don't know that one person's vote can
"effectively disenfranchise" ten.

I don't defend him. He reminds me of how silly the Democrats sounded when
they said the same thing after President Bush's reelection. Maybe he was
using satire. I didn't hear the speech.
