Why did Obama use a TelePrompter in a room full of 6th graders?

Why did Obama use a TelePrompter in a room with about 20 people?

A couple of words written on your hand vs. the inability to speak
extemporaneously.

The sexism in American politics is mind boggling. They had to put up
Obama to stop Hillary, and conservatives hated Hillary much more than
they did Obama; her negatives were large as a result. Of course
liberals hate Palin. Condoleeza Rice, who would have been a great
candidate, wanted no part of the muck, and there was some serious mud
thrown at her by liberals when she was sec of state.

Fact is though, Palin is a very intelligent, very effective
politician. All she has to do is learn the rote for national politics.
Her Death Panels comment was brilliant, and was very effective, and
the dems have never effectively countered it. Her comment on Obama, as
one voicing the concerns of a law professor with respect to the
response to terrorism when she claims we need a commander in chief to
deal with the war on terrorism hits home with a lot of people (we need
a commander in chief not a law professor), and Obama following this
with a repeat of his corpse-man mispronunciation (which he made in
2009 as well and for some reason has not corrected it) makes her look
even better. I am sure we will hear that line again (we need a
commander in chief, not a law professor) because it sets the debate at
a point that works well for conservatives.

We'll see though. One thing that is certain, the dems tradition of
calling anyone without an ivy league degree as stupid by definition is
pretty much a very strong negative for them, and works more for
conservatives than liberals every time they voice the platitude.

Whipping is subjective.
