A bit of history. Bert here believes that only "winners" write history
and therefore anything winners say automatically becomes the truth,

I claim it isn't hoarded... it's there available for someone to borrow
and put to use...
It's available... not hoarded.

The Democrats won. They haven't come up with anything. Neither did the
four previous Congressional investigations.

I read the reports of the four Congressional investigations. It was
documented that the intel was not doctored by the Bush Administration.
