However, it's up to the president to override their decision not to allow Shell skimmers to remove 146,000 barrels of oil a day from the Gulf because the water they pump back has some oil in it. Only an idiot like Obama would allow such a thing to happen. It is the same thing when the EPA wouldn't give LA a permit to build sand bars to block the oil from getting into wetlands. The reason they do that is because sand bars could have a negative impact on the wetlands. IDIOTS.
