It is the end of the third quarter. Time to ensure I achieve my
quarterly goals so that I can put lots and lots of money in my pockets.
The profit motive is a wonderful thing. When your pay is based upon your
performance you actually have to perform not just show up.

I can mess around with Carbon, Baker and Clark or I can earn real money.
I think I'll earn real money!

Once again you both demonstrate that you know absolutely nothing about
the remuneration system in major research universities. Performance
based pay accounts for a percentage of my income that you probably
couldn't even dream of.
