First, you're seldom honest.

Next, Howard would be the last person to be classified as passive
aggressive. I think that you just have heard the term and wanted to
apply it to someone without knowing what it means.

Here's a snapshot of the definition of passive aggressive personality
from a depression guide site:

"Passive aggressive personality disorder is a chronic condition in
which a person seems to acquiesce to the desires and needs of others,
but actually passively resists them and becomes increasingly hostile
and angry".


Now, tell us that Howard fits that.
