I am always amazed at people who one one side of their mouth talk about how money isn't important to them, and on the other worry so much about someone making a profit on the work they do. When I see you work for free I'll consider you to not be a hypocrite on this issue.

I don't think that there's any doubt that he was born in Hawaii. So, whatever the reason he hasn't released his original birth certificate, it's not because he wasn't born in the US. Other than that, I have no idea why he hasn't released it.
