Enforce the law and the crime rate goes down. Don't enforce the law and
the crime rate stays the same or goes up.

What are the examples of "situational ethics" that the Right accuses
the Left of having? Do they fit the definition you gave above? Or
do they fit the same kind of shoehorn ethics we find all over?
