There was nothing else approaching the scale of Katrina in 2004.
Complaints about FEMA's incompetence in New Orleans were legion. But
since FEMA (not FIMA) was under GOP control and state and local
officials were Democrats, you refuse to accept that FEMA didn't do a
good job.

BP hasn't allowed anyone's suggestions to penetrate their
stubbornness. Cameron has more experience at greater depths than this
drilling, and they ignored him The fact is that I don't find that
funny.
